As the current producer of seemingly every show on the network, Ryuji is a hard worki' man. Well, at least he pretends to be. In reality, he's in it to make the most money with the least effort possible. Clearly, he is a role model.
Ryuji is one of those love him or hate him sorta guys. As in, those he works for love him, and everyone else hates him. This is probably due in part to his brash, mercenary nature, as well as his slightly unhinged and oft-slathering personality...
Being as mercantile as he is, he really doesn't give a damn who the owner is, as long as he gets paid. Of course, if one owner offers higher pay than another, he would have no qualms in supporting a coup...
